Your clubs are not just apparatus — they are part of the costume, the choreography, the story. Our custom club designs are created to echo the movement, colors, and character of your routine, turning each pair into a fully coordinated extension of the leotard. From soft gradients to lace-inspired airbrushing and jewel-like finishes, every detail is crafted with precision and artistic intention.

Gymnasts provide their own clubs for customization. All brands can be designed, though Sasaki and Chacott are recommended for the most durable, long-lasting results. While not required, selecting clubs whose original body and head color align with your main costume tones allows for the most seamless, high-end finish.

Each pair is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and completely yours.

How It Works

  1. Please let us know how we will receive your apparatus. You can ship your existing ribbon, clubs or hoop to us (free of previous decor) or purchase new apparatus and have the store ship it to us directly. We may assist in buying new apparatus, if needed.
  2. Send us a photo of your leotard. If it's still being made, we can work with a sketch, if available.
  3. Include any specific ideas, suggestions or references you may have for design in your comments.
  4. We will carefully examine the photo of the costume provided and will create, at our discretion, a custom design for your apparatus. We will make sure it matches the leotard and will follow your comments/wishes, if provided with the order.
  5. If you provided us with references for the design, we will try to match them as closely as we can but cannot guarantee a 100% match. In case we're unable to create the design as in the references provided, we will let you know and suggest alternative options.
  6. Your apparatus will be shipped within 5-7 business from California, USA and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  7. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns nor offer refunds as all our products are custom-made to your specific order.

Care Instructions

  • Avoid contact with water and hard surfaces.
  • Use your custom designed apparatus on the gymnastics carpet only.
  • Store apparatus in cases and covers that are specifically designed for them.
  • Hoops and clubs are covered with protective layers of Scotch tape to preserve the design. Never pull the tape, even if it starts peeling off. Cut it carefully with scissors and apply a fresh layer of tape as needed.

Warranty

We guarantee our designs for 1 month, provided all care recommendations have been followed by the gymnast.

We are happy to offer restoration services at an additional cost, if needed.

Shipping & Returns

  • All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (to allow time for customization) from California.
  • Given the non-standard dimensions of hoop packaging, shipping will be calculated case-by-case, based on hoop size and destination. The shipping cost will be invoiced separately. Shipping within continental US can range between $30-60.
  • All sales are final. No returns or refunds as our products are custom-made.
